Coach Bronson Sardinha is a 2001 first round draft pick of the New York Yankees. He’s coached kids to high levels of success for the last decade and is independently clocked with a swing speed over 100MPH. Target Hitting has the knowledge and actual ability to coach and perform what students are being asked to do with regularity and consistency.
Fundamentals First Instruction and Drills
Target Hitting focuses on a ground up training foundation giving students all the tools needed to not just perform well at bat but to understand why what happens while in the batters box does and how to deal with it. The physical demand on the body and speed at which the ball is coming to the plate requires lessening the pitfalls of bad technique in order to succeed.

One of our favorite tools in teaching and explaining hitting is video and with all the smart phones out there today, it’s easy for Target Hitting to work with students from all over the world. Taking a video of your swing is the first step in training with Target Hitting and subsequent videos compared with the first have clients in disbelief that the person in the first video is the same as the ones that follow. If a picture is worth 1000 words, how about a video?

Nothing is better for a team than the camaraderie that comes from being fun to be around at let’s face it someone who can perform under pressure. Baseball is a lot more fun when you are hitting well and building up the character of our players comes with the territory of being a dependable performer at the plate.

Coach Bronson truly loves the game of baseball; it has provided for he and his family all his life and he has been blessed to be able to pass on his knowledge and experience of not just the joy of the game but the excitement of great hitting to countless students.
Training students in his own garage, at hitting facilities and ball fields all over has given him years of perspective and the realization that the most effective delivery for foundational training and student interaction is through video. High level analysis and breaking down a student’s swing is clearly understood and reviewable. On the other hand, training via video to understand concepts, verify proper setup and subsequent steps is convenient, easily accessible via mobile device and has tremendous value vs. commuting and wait for training days when you can review and follow along with Target Hitting anytime you want, day or night.

Send us a link to your best video of your best swing. The better the video, the better the analysis will be.
-Target Hitting recommends videos linked via iCloud, Vimeo, YouTube, Google Drive or FTP. We are looking for LINKS and not files sent.
Receive Feedback
Coach Bronson will review your submitted video and break down your swing to show you where your postives are and also point out all of the opportunities that you have to improve your swing.
Get Customized Coaching
Based on the analysis of the submitted video you’ll receive a coaching plan to help address the issues and reinforce the good things in your swing.
Video Share
Submit your video to receive an analysis by Coach Bronson on the high and low points of your swing. He’ll tell you what is working and what needs work.

Video submissions are by link only. When you order your analysis there will be a field to provide the link to your video. Please verify that the link works and the permissions are correct to allow for Coach Bronson to view your file. (DropBox, Google Drive, iCloud are all workable storage options to link from)
Please send links to videos that are a minimum of 360p and that show the swing with the entire batter from shoes to the top of the bat. The best view is “facing the pitcher” with “from the other batter’s box” a second option and a third being from “the catcher’s view.”
Customized Drills
Based on the analysis of your shared video Coach Bronson will personally show you how to fix the issues you are having and with a video coaching session and three (3) drills to improve your hitting.
